Modern, well appointed and comfortable rooms and facilities. Just steps from the sea and a couple of blocks from the centro storico. The owners, Marco and Mery, do everything to ensure that your stay will be pleasurable and memorable. Very recommendable.

very clean and modern. lovely breakfast every morning. good spot close to the small beach but if you’re solo I would recommend staying right in old town because it’s a very dark and quiet walk into town and back at night.

We loved absolutely everything about this little gem of a hotel. It was a great home base for us to explore the area and is convenient to both the highway and the historic city center. The breakfast is wonderful and they provided for my dietary concerns ( I am gluten free). The room itself was spotless and had some nice extra touches that helped make our stay comfortable. The beds and pillows are quite firm but we were fine with that. Claudio the owner was friendly and helpful and Maria, Mary and Josie went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. We can’t wait to return!

The roof terrace is lovely, as long as you have enough time to enjoy it. We only did an overnight stay and took the simplest (back-facing) room for that reason. It was very comfortable. We negotiated to leave our luggage there next day while we explored Monopoli and for someone to be there at 17h00 to allow us to pick it up again. Motorbike parking on the street right outside the property.

The indoor pool was a stunning feature to the room! The view from the patio and the rooftop were beautiful! The breakfast was delicious on the beautiful patio! The staff were welcoming and so helpful! A couple of minutes walk one way to a beautiful beach and a couple of minutes walk the other way and you’re in the walls of the old town! Highly recommend this beautiful stay!!

The location was great, and owners were lovely, very kind, and helpful. Breakfast is delivered to your room or the roof terrace at a time of your chosing. Jacuzzi on roof overlooking the beach is a nice surprise. There is no balcony in our room, but the other ones have balconies. Room cleaned every day. Really good pizza served in the restaurant across the road that overlook the water. There's also a beach directly in front of accommodation (it's small enough) but around the corner to the right is another beach called Porto Rosso which is a bit bigger and IMO better - only a 2 minute walk. All in all, it's a nice place, and I generally would recommend it.
