Life Coach Services for Solo Women
I inspire solo women that are feeling lost and unfulfilled to find inner confidence and strength helping them transform their lives.
Feeling a little lost?
Do you catch yourself saying things like “It’s just not going to happen for me?” or “I want to travel, but I could never go alone?”
The truth is, I know that negative self-talk well. It can be a habit you don’t even realize you have. Don’t let deep-rooted fears dictate your future!
Together we can work towards saying things like, “I will absolutely get what I want!” and “I feel confident enough to go wherever I want!”
Let me help you to start living the life you have always dreamed of now!
How coaching works
I am here to help you discover any mental blocks and hold space for you to clear the way.
- Tell me your story
Let’s chat about what is happening in your life now, and what your goals are for the future.
- Define a plan of action
Once the discussion leads to a break through, we come up with an action plan.
- Check in on progress
We’ll continue to meet and work through any mental roadblocks that may arise on your journey.
- You achieve the goal
Unlike theraphy, coaching isn’t meant to be a long term commitment. My role as your coach is to help you meet your personal goal in fouced setting.
Some Of My Coaching Techniques
Have you ever tried picturing yourself having exactly what you desire? What does that picture look like? How we see our picture is in direct relation to how we make that picture a reality.
Practicing gratitude is one of the most powerful methods in the world. When you are constantly stating your gratitude you are attracting the energy of abundance.
Your mind is strong, and if untrained can be quite overpowering. Learn how to retrain your negative thoughts and self-sabotaging ways with thought refocusing.
If you tell yourself something is definitely true, then no matter what it is. We create facts about ourselves and live out the realities as we promised ourselves we would. All it takes is a shift in perception to make a physical change in your life.
The Short Version of My Story
Nice to meet you! I would like to start by introducing myself with a little bit of my background and life experiences.
I grew up in a small suburb in Massachusetts, 40 minutes south of Boston. High school graduate in 1998, I started working right away. College wasn’t interesting to me mostly because of the cost. I started working just out of high school as an administrative assistant in downtown Boston.
I bounced around from corporate jobs, tried being a nanny, then a waitress, back to corporate. It was all pretty exhausting, but I thought what could I do? I was single, didn’t have a degree, I was very lost.
In 2015 after a hard breakup, I decided I was going to find a life coach! I credit this time seeing a life coach as the most transformative time in my life. A couple of weeks into seeing her once a week I started feeling a shift in my mood and perspective. This was the time I started gaining confidence and was digging into who I was and what I wanted.
My “purpose in life” was clear. I wanted was to become a coach and help other women discover their dreams. And the rest is history!
